After a semester in France and a summer in a magazine test kitchen, Sarah is a connoisseur of the finer foods in life. From prosciutto wrapped figs to French onion soup, Sarah is the culinary innovator of the group. Oh, and she’s training for a marathon.
With an endless supply of family recipes, Elizabeth is our resident go-to gal for classic southern cuisine. From cheese grits and sweet potato pie to peppermint patties and red velvet cake, she is a connoisseur of all things south of the Mason-Dixon. Oh, and she’s a triplet-and the other two are boys.
Always testing recipes that are as delicious as they are nutritious, Lauren is our authority on healthy bites–she is studying to get her R.D. Her specialties include a hearty turkey chili, wholesome oatmeal applesauce cookies and every garden-fresh ingredient in between. Oh, and she teaches 9-year-olds how to pirouette.
