Meet the new champ: Brussels sprouts.

Often overlooked at the store, shoved around on plates, or fed to the family dog, Brussels sprouts have continuously sat on the sidelines waiting for their chance to play in the big game. In an attempt to make it your next MVP, we present to you the roasted Brussels sprout.

Washed, halved, and drizzled with olive oil, we roasted the green bundles with pancetta and garlic for 25 minutes and achieved a nice nutty flavor – easily complemented by adding a handful of cashews to the pan. We promise it will turn this underdog into a crowd favorite.

As you can tell our minds are focused on tonight’s big game, so all that’s left to say is GO HEELS!!!
