A savory snow day

A snow day is upon us, so what else to do but cook?

Our newest bite, caramelized onion and goat cheese tartlets are a great savory vegetarian option, but when topped with a slice of prosciutto meat-lovers everywhere rejoice.

While the snow day is hindering our 10k training, we figured why not boost our energy supplies with these dainty delicacies.
